Called 3 electricians in urgent need of some fault finding due to some lights in the house going out - long story short… was given a quote of £5500 for a full rewire by someone who didn’t even look at the lights or fittings. Someone else advised I needed a new consumer unit. Harry came out and within 20 minutes found a loose connection in a downstairs light. He then checked every socket and fitting in the house, everything was working again and deemed safe to use. Since then we’ve had zero issues at all and he has also given a much better quote for a full rewire. Really polite and professional, well qualified and came out within a few hours of me calling! The company was extremely accommodating, providing advice on the equipment best suited to our needs. Harry was thorough and professional in his approach to the van build and he designed, procured and installed the whole system. He went out of his way to ensure agreed deadlines were met. His work was of a high standard and his approach consistently thorough and professional. Once completed, he provided us with a comprehensive manual covering all aspects of the systems installed, along with a troubleshooting section. His after care support has been superb and I’ve been delighted with the systems he has installed.
