Terms & Conditions


At Hamilton Dynamics, we make sure all of our services are provided to the highest standard and are in-line with the latest British electrical installation regulations (BS 7671). Our numerous five-star reviews and our portfolio showcase this. All we ask is for you to respect our terms and conditions, in return we’ll always deliver what we set out in our promise.

1. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes / estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Additional work outside of the agreed scope will be charged at our standard rates, found here.

2. Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest and recovery fees, but may also lead to any further potential work or bookings being revoked.
  • Some bookings that involve a considerable amount of work, may require an initial payment to cover some of the materials. This will be included in the scope, in writing before any work commences.
  • Any deposit made is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

3. Access & Safety

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

4. Warranty

  • All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
  • Product or material warranties are covered by the manufacturer.
  • At Hamilton Dynamics, we do not offer a warranty for customer supplied materials, only the workmanship.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage caused by unrelated faults.
  • We are not liable for delays due to factors outside of our control.

6. Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may incur a fee.
